PENGARUH SIKAP TERKAIT STANDAR KECANTIKAN TERHADAP PERILAKU MAKAN YANG TIDAK SEHAT PADA REMAJA DENGAN KETIDAKPUASAN TUBUH SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIATOR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terkait standar kecantikan terhadap perilaku makan yang tidak sehat pada remaja perempuan dengan dimediasi oleh ketidakpuasan tubuh. Standar kecantikan berupa bentuk tubuh yang kurus dan langsing sering diasosiasikan dengan perilaku makan yang tidak sehat, terutama pada remaja perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 203 remaja perempuan dengan rentang usia 12-18 tahun yang tinggal di Indonesia. Hasil uji bootstrapping menunjukan bahwa terdapat efek mediasi penuh ketidakpuasan tubuh pada pengaruh sikap terkait standar kecantikan terhadap perilaku makan yang tidak sehat pada remaja perempuan.
