The study found that although legal protections for medical personnel and patients are set out in legislation, implementation is often hampered, particularly in the context of medical decision-making, malpractice risks and lawsuits. Lack of legal certainty for medical personnel can hamper their professionalism, while for patients, unclear rights to quality services can reduce trust in the health system. Through the analysis of various cases in the literature review, this study identifies the need for legal reforms that focus on balancing the rights and obligations of both parties, namely medical personnel and patients, along with applicable legal education. With regulatory reform and more transparent law enforcement, the results are expected to improve the quality of health services, protect medical personnel in carrying out their duties, and strengthen public confidence in the legal system in the health sector. This research contributes to thinking about the importance of coordination between legal institutions, medical practitioners, and the community in building a fairer system in the health care sector.
Gunawan Widjaja Copyright (c) 2025 Gunawan Widjaja https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/553 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 SEJARAH DAN MODERNISASI TNI ANGKATAN UDARA: IMPLIKASI TERHADAP PERTAHANAN NASIONAL https://ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/559
This article examines the history of the Indonesian National Air Force (Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Udara, TNI AU) following Indonesia’s proclamation of independence in 1945. Established in April 1946, the TNI AU emerged amid significant political, social, and military challenges during the early years of Indonesia’s struggle to maintain sovereignty. The formation and development of TNI AU were marked by limited resources and complex dynamics, including the repurposing of captured aircraft and the integration of former colonial military personnel. The article highlights key phases in TNI AU’s evolution, such as its strategic role in major battles like the Five-Day Battle in Semarang and efforts to secure and operate airbases previously controlled by Japanese forces. Moreover, the TNI AU faced continuous political and social challenges, requiring adaptation to changing military doctrines and modernization efforts through international training and procurement of advanced technology. Beyond combat roles, the TNI AU has been actively involved in humanitarian missions and disaster relief, underscoring its broader national significance. This study uses qualitative methods supported by primary interviews, historical documents, and archival data to provide a comprehensive understanding of TNI AU’s contributions to Indonesia’s defense and state-building processes post-independence. The findings demonstrate the crucial role of TNI AU in safeguarding national sovereignty and advancing Indonesia’s military capabilities.
Raudho Makhbul Hudori, Zainul Arifin, Raya Apdilla, Ahmad Maftuh Sujana Copyright (c) 2025 Raudho Makhbul Hudori, Zainul Arifin, Raya Apdilla, Ahmad Maftuh Sujana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/559 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 IMPLEMENTASI AKAD IJARAH DALAM MEMBANGUN KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN PADA USAHA SEWA TENDA PONOROGO https://ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/561
This research aims to increase knowledge about the implementation of the Ijarah contract in the practice of renting outdoor equipment at Sewa Tenda Ponorogo to build consumer trust. The global economic crisis impacts workforce structures through restructuring, cost reduction, and changes in working conditions. Political crises, marked by nationalistic policies and labor mobility restrictions, hinder the flow of global talent. Meanwhile, social crises driven by demographic changes and international migration require HR to manage cultural diversity and social integration in the workplace. In this context, IHRM must develop adaptive and flexible strategies to navigate uncertainties and maximize the potential of the global workforce. Effective strategies include managing talent mobility, developing cross-cultural competencies, and leveraging digital technologies to support decision-making and communication. This holistic approach enables HR to act as a strategic partner for organizations in managing risks and capitalizing on opportunities amid rapid and uncertain global changes. Consequently, IHRM can help organizations survive and thrive in facing complex challenges and global crises.
Nurhaeni Sikki, Haiqal Faddel Muhammad, Yusup Erisyadi, Burhanudin Ruslan, Utari Doriomas Copyright (c) 2025 Nurhaeni Sikki, Haiqal Faddel Muhammad, Yusup Erisyadi, Burhanudin Ruslan, Utari Doriomas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/565 Fri, 31 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PENERAPAN EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN AL-QUR’AN METODE TILAWATI DI MTs DARUL AMIN PALANGKA RAYA https://ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/568
This study aims to describe the forms of evaluation used in the Tilawati method for Qur’anic reading activities among students at MTs Darul Amin Palangka Raya.
